You can:

• Capture device photos on arrival or during repair.
• Scan documents like proof of purchase or service receipts.
• Attach everything directly to the correct order by either:
  • entering the order ID manually, or
  • scanning a QR code displayed in your Fixably interface.

This means you never have to juggle between devices or risk mixing up files again.

All images and documents are uploaded securely to Fixably, without being stored permanently on the device. This keeps customer data safe and ensures compliance with privacy requirements, giving both your team and your customers peace of mind.
